This is K'Maria, a.k.a. Ivory, who was a part of a team of SHIELD Super Agents. Ivory hails from Wakanda, and was given Vibranium-based powers, mostly involving vibrations and kinetic energy. She was pretty much the only heroic member of her unit, as the rest of them turned out to be Hydra agents, and just as she discovers that her teammates were traitors and tries to warn Nick Fury about it, she gets killed. She was an early consideration for my Memorial Day set.
