This nameless young lady was from the first episode of the 1994 hentai, Nightmare Campus (a.k.a. Gedou Gakuen). There was a fight between a group of goons on campus, in which the young lady (who was dating one of the goons) tried to intervene, but was promptly shoved aside. Abe, who was one of the mains of the series, easily trounces the other goons and claims the girl.

Few scenes later, he's having his way with her, when a redhead named Reiko waltzes in and tells him he needs to be a little more GENTLE with the lady...of course turning it into a Three-Way! After a few minutes of shoddily-animated sex, an earthquake occurs, causing all the demon-powered beings to change to ther demon forms, including Abe and Reiko. The young lady wakes up and figures out she just had sex with not one but TWO demons...and passes out on the floor! And that's the last we see of her...but at least she survived the experience!
