Boy now that you say it, I find it a lot easier to believe she was able to sneak some flour from the kitchen (maybe left over from when they were trying to bake their own buns to disguise Teddy's homebrewed beer yeast smell) than that she could somehow afford actual makeup for a halloween costume. Greasepaint wouldn't be in the spirit. Yeah, I think that's flour! hahaha.
