This is Neelix and Heather, two of the main characters to Lady-Owl's sci-fi romance webcomic, Everything Under The Stars.
I've always been intrigued by Beauty/Beast relationships, especially when the 'beast' in question has a noble personality and has genuine compassion and love for the woman he's with, and the 'beauty' never sees him as a 'beast'. That's what gravitated me to these two in my search for things to draw. I try to stay as close to her style here, while being respectful to the characters (since a lot of us Rule34 artists do tend to get a little too EXTRA).
