Will There Be Alternate Forum Themes

I'm really glad to see that the site is coming back to life, especially with all the various sections integrated so I can stay logged into everything. 🙂

I know time and resources are limited, but when you have time I really need a light theme with bigger text. Even on a large monitor it's really tough to read the current color scheme; even worse, I have protanomaly ("weak red") so a lot of things are very difficult to read. I adjusted this example so that people with normal color vision should be able to see it how it looks to me:

I've started working on CSS overrides for a lot of the text elements but that's a painstaking process.

I would also LOVE a "Mark All Forums Read" button so that I can clear all the new labels so that I don't have to keep checking subforums for old posts I'm not interested in.

You should be able to attach images I’ll look into why you couldn’t , and I’ll work on theme options

Ok so, image posting fixed, there are now full theme and text size controls at the top of the forum (imported over from our library area) All four new themes now clear WCAG AA. Softdark is the only one below, and only because it’s the untouched current look. and to the right of that a read all button . :) let me know if there’s more .

"Paper" is definitely easier on the eyes, though I'll have to check it again after taking out whatever I put in my UserContent.css for it.

IIRC when I was posting it was saying I needed to have at least one post before I could attach images. With everything wiped that makes sense.

Heh, I just noticed that when I try to reply to your posts here it starts the quote with your name but only includes the quoted part of my post. (If I Reply to the OP it shows my name as the quoted.)

No, it was cause you registered before it was recording a "Registration date" I went through and had it date by activity, and it also took reg dates from the old vbulletin forum and applied them here which is why you have the 15 year badge :) Basically it let me address problems before they got bigger, but new users would indeed need to be here for a few days or make a regular post before they were able to start posting files.
