painting – post 351

Today I’ve started to paint a picture for my son’s second birthday.  Not a digital painting… a real paint on canvas picture.  I haven’t done something like this since college.  It’s going to be a challenge that’s for sure.  Wish me luck.

When was the last time you did a real medium piece of art… and what was it?

    I’ve never been able to do anything artistic, let alone paint a picture for someone. I am practicing, though, and maybe someday I’ll post something to let you see how it’s goin. Anyways, good luck on that painting, with your skill, I’m sure it will turn out perfect. 🙂

    I did a cartoon picture of a raccoon kid for the school my mom works at. Just posterboard and colored pencil.
