Jersey Devil
I think I should post this up before it’s too far past Halloween. October saw me taking on an original character of mine from a long time ago. I was commissioned to draw a demon girl, but I was given free rein to draw what I wanted, as long as it was anthro. So I decided to do a take on the Jersey Devil. I simply loved the final result, but never drew her again. After all this time, I felt it was right to draw her once more and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Jersey is one of favorite designs and so I hope that everyone likes her too.
If you dig this, then you might be interested in supporting me at my Patreon where you can see rough drawings, sketches and be involved in what drawings will come next.

Thanks! I’m very happy with how this turned out. I usually get scared that I won’t be able to capture what was wonderful in the original. But I think I did a good job on her. ^_^

This is so close to something I’d order as a poster. If only I had some place to display it….
Great job. I like the details you’ve given. Out of curiosity, are the candles melting faster toward the center of the pentagram because of some extra heat source inside of it?

I never considered the candle detail. I didn’t paint it with that in mind. Just happened that way. Err… I mean… It’s because the pentagram is really hot… yeah. Thanks it. ^_^
