One very cool thing that happened in the past week, is my Chris Sanders Nimue statue came in! I was so happy when it showed up. It was taking some time and I was starting to get worried. But then I received a personalized email saying my statue was on its way! Woo!! I’ll share with you the unboxing pics I took so you can see what she came with.

The shipping box was quite large and I was quite shocked to see that her actual box was the same size! Already it was far larger than I thought it would be.

Inside was a very cool blue Nimue box with Chris Sanders art all over it. The sketch for Nimue is my desktop image on my lap top and has been for some time.

Inside, other than then the statue, was this cool card with all the artist’s name on it. This is the 7th Chris Sanders signature I have. That makes us best friends now, right?

The bottom is numbered too. I’ve never owned a numbered anything so I was pretty jazzed about that. Not the lowest number, but I’ll take it.

Finally, Nimue was all out of her box and ready to have all eyes on her. I’m so happy I was able to get one of these statues. She sits on my desk at work now and keeps me company. It’s been over a week since I got her and I still get excited to see her in the morning when I get to the studio.

Since then, I received another personal email, not a form one, to ask if my statue make it to Canada. I said that she made it safe and sound and they were very pleased to hear that. Such great customer service, I’ll be sure to order again from them. In fact… there are two new Polynesian statues coming out some time… I might have to take more commission to snag them up too.
