I’m 37!!
Today is the day I turn 37, which is strange to think at I’m only three years away from 40. I don’t feel like I should be this old. I still feel like I’m about ten years younger, which is good I suppose. I haven’t let getting older and watching younger generations rise up get to me. Rather, I learn from those around be and really enjoy doing the things that make me happy. I play my Wii U and 3DS, I draw my smut and spend lots of time with my family. I couldn’t ask for anything more. When my Tinkerbell folio is done (announcement on that very soon), I’ll have to draw myself something nice. Until then, this Elvgren will have to do.^_^

Well, considering I’m a day late, I’ll wish you both a belated happy birthday and a very merry unbirthday. Hope that you had a nice celebration.
I’m surprised at all the ’77ers who are around. I make the 4th just in this topic (though, my b-day is not until much later in the year). Had a good friend turn 40 last year, and it sparked a conversation about our subjective perceptions of our ages. When I’m not considering work and responsibilities and whatnot, I still feel like I’m a young person (can’t pin down an age, but not an adult). Largely, my free-time is spent doing the same things that I did when I was a kid (playing games, Lego, reading science fiction, etc…). Other than being a little more sluggish (physically, and probably mentally), I just don’t feel much older. So, I guess I’ll throw this question out to all of the 30+ crowd; how old do you feel mentally?
