So tonight The Walking Dead started up again. My wife and I have been waiting for it to come back on since it ended in the fall. We’re kind of on the fence about the show though. We really liked the first season, but then it was a really slow 1/2 season. I guess we’ll see how this shapes up and if we’ll continue to follow it. We really wanted to like this one.
I’m not a huge tv buff but I do have a list of favorites.
- Fringe – I loved X-Files, so this is right up my alley.
- Amazing Race – Been a fan since the beginning. I love seeing different parts of the world.
- Survivor – Started watching back in the 2nd season. Can’t seem to stop.
- Modern Family – Funny, awkward and sometimes painful, but still fun.
- New Girl – Zooey Deschanel is just too cute not to watch.
- Top Chef – I love Iron Chef (Japan) and this one is just as good and more down to earth.
- Canada’s Worst Driver – It’s like a train wreck you can’t turn away from.
- Canadian Pickers – My Dad make repo furniture and deals in some antiques this appeals to my interests on a personal level.
What shows do you follow on tv?

I loved the first season of The Walking Dead, but I haven’t got to see any of the second season due to me having to get ready for work at 8pm on Sundays. T.T
I do follow other shows, and I think you may like some of these:
-Big Bang Theory
-Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations (combines exotic places and foods with crude yet witty humor)
-Silent Library (a game show that may or may not still be on MTV. Freakin hilarious!)
-A Game of Thrones (based on a book series by George R.R. Martin.)
-Firefly (yeah I know it’s not on TV anymore, but it is SOOO AWESOME!! If anyone hasn’t seen it, they are missing out!)

I’ve heard good things about Walking Dead, though they almost always come with hesitation about the overall product. I may finally have to check it out for myself. Not really into current T.V. shows. I used to watch Top Chef, but stopped several years ago. I enjoy Iron Chef (both versions), but it is getting a little repetitive. The Big Bang Theory is alright (for a sitcom), but it annoys me when shows are supposed to be about smart people, and they still mess up some of the technical jargon/theory (hire a gall darn logic consultant, BBT!). Most of the shows that I watch are either classics, from my formative years, or cultish. Right now, I am enjoying:
-the BBC Sherlock series (waiting for series 2)
-Monty Python’s Flying Circus (for at least a couple more days)
-GameCenter CX (thank you, internet).
-The occasional Kids in the Hall fix
I also enjoy the infrequent sporting event, but other than that, I rarely watch broadcast/cable T.V.. I’m sure there is good stuff on, but my time is limited enough, atm, that I can’t afford to risk wasting good entertainment on a gamble.

The comic book series was better so far. I still haven’t seen season 2 yet. You might enjoy Wildboyz. Stupid Jackass entertainment that tours the globe. I love your work Joe. Keep it up!!

Walking dead is pretty good. I’m a fan of the comic so I’m a bit disappointed with all the changes they made. I kno that had to make some changes and it would be different from the comic, but it hardly resembles the source material anymore. It’s still good tho.
Ad for what I’m watching… not much.
Game of Thrones (So good and very faithful to the books)
and Breaking Dad (OMG UNBELIEVABLY GOOD! Best show on television right now. I don’t think anything comes close.
