Wanna draw with me?

sawyerdrawing001

Wanna watch me draw? I don’t have the time do one of those Ustream things so this will be the next best thing. I started this today and every few days (because that’s the reality of my drawing schedule) I’ll post what I’ve done next. Feel free to give suggestions or feed back as I go too.

This way you’ll be able to see the full process and steps that I do when I do a pic. Should be fun ^_^

Thoughts – I’m not sure about how many penis’s to include in this. I sort of like her with one and having it more like a cock worship pic rather then a spooge party on her face. Not that there is anything wrong with that.

sawyerdrawing002So here’s the second in the drawing Sawyer series. I’ve put down a clean line on her here and flipped it too. Now why did I do that? I do that to make sure I get the proportions right. It’s like looking at it with a new eye. I’m still not sure about it there being one or more then one penis. This is what it would be as a cock worship piece. Any thoughts?

Oh… and notice that I’ve left out the spooge? Yeah, I painted that in later. It’s lots of fun and I might do a more in depth step process on that too if people want.

Till next time… will there be added penis’s? Oh, and colour will go down next time too.

sawyerdrawing003So I went with the one cock version.

Not too much to say about these steps. I changed the bg to a muted colour to paint on then I slap down my major base colour under my line layer. I then erase what ever is outside of the lines. Next I paint in all the other colours I’ll be using. Finally I pick out my colour pallet and their dark and light hues. These are just a start though… I usually change things up as I go. I also put down rough shadows and highlights too with a soft brush.

Next up… making it tight and bring it all together. ^_^

sawyerdrawing004Okay, so here’s my spooge painting secrets… shhh… don’t tell anyone. ^_^

First frame – I paint my blobs of spoo where I want them to be. Remember to follow the contours of the face (or body) I apply some layer effects like drop shadow and outer glow. Don’t go crazy… just make it subtle. I make sure the colour I use in the effects are on the darker side of the shadows I’ve already painted and I set them to multiply. I then use a soft erase to often the edges when I want the spoo to be thin. Finally I drop the opacity down to about 40%.

Second Frame – I make a copy of the first spoo layer and remove the layer effects. I put the opacity back up to 100% and then erase with a soft eraser the areas that I want to be the thin areas so the first layer shows though. Now I have my thick goopy parts and thin areas so it looks more like it’s running and gathering where I want it too. I now put on the Lock Transparent Pixels option on and paint in the shadows in on the thick parts.

Third Frame – Next I paint the highlights on another layer. Use a straight white and make sure the base colour of your spoo is NOT white or your highlights won’t show up. I like to use a fairly hard brush for this (and the shadows too) as this a thick liquid, shiny substance, the specular highlights will be pretty sharp.

Fourth Frame – I make a layer under all the spoo layers and paint in all the cast shadows to really ground them to the parts they’re on… and that’s pretty much it. If anyone wants an even more detailed explanation just ask and I’ll see what I can do.

sawyerfacal And this is the final version.  I’ve slapped in a colour bg and I call it done.  How much detail you want to put in to the bg is up to you.  I didn’t want to distrace from Sawyer so I left it just a simple gradiant.

So how was that?  Did you all like watching a picture from beginning to end?  Was there anything you want/wished I went in to more detail on?  Just say so.  Maybe I’ll do another one like this in the future. ^_^sawyerfacalmessy

Okay… I couldn’t resist doing a super messy pic ^_^ Yay!
