Gossip Abroad (poem)

Through dreary hours,
And emotional pain...
Climbing unreasonable towers,
By ridicule, my souls bane.

I ignore the madness undone,
The gossip left and right...
Everyone talking about someone,
Raging rumor wars day and night...

But in the end,
They'll realize the irony.
Gossip doesn't mend.
For they'll fall prey to their own catastrophy.
