I would say use less of the perfect circles and such and just free form it. I totally suck at it but it instantly gives it a more natural feel ya know You are taking on a lot trying to color and draw all at the same time, Ive just been doodling off and on and it still looks crappy, maybe focus on one area and work on it til you feel comfortable with it, I dunno. This whole art thing is quite foreign to me
