a few years ago I was pretty active on wwoec with a lot of freehand drawings of the Simpson kids (and homer and Ralph wiggum), and it was really hard work...then not long ago someone said, "how did you structure your drawings when you made them? You could make it easier on yourself" and I said, "just kind of drew and hoped it looked okay."

so I'm trying again, this time with some reference and time taking to do foundational work before jumping in. It's getting easier. Here are my two newest for example

got a suggestion to draw the Simpson kids locked out and forced to pee in the back yard. this is what I imagined and I'm mostly happy with how it turned out

I did a version with and without maggie because some ppl don't like maggie being involved and even though there's no boinking this might still trip some fuses and if maggie being there bums you out now it won't have to! Enjoy
