I'm also a quite avid gamer, I play just about anything I can get my hands on. well for the systems I own anyways

I prefer first person shooters, but I don't go exclusively after them. Although I do suck at rts games, but that is mostly due to my lack of skill managing an economy. If I don't have to worry about eco, I can usually hold my own

But lately I've been playing a lot of Left4Dead with my buddies. And we've grown quite fond of speedrunning, both in versus and expert campaign. Our personal best so far is 26 minutes for Blood Harvest.

I would love to play Left4Dead, too. But first I need a new computer cause mine isnīt fast enough. But I want to buy a Xbox 360 this year, cause I wanna play Gears of War, wich sadly isnīt released for my PS3. And I canīt wait to play Modern Warfare 2, the new Ratchet and Clank and Gran Turismo 5, too...

Left 4 dead is still loads of fun. Although Shotgun-parades and corner-campers can ruin a good versus match.

I'm a haft ass Video gamer, i don't play much new though, mostly cause the consoles and my computer are both getting old.

I like rpgs, RTSs.. well i can like most games really, lol. I like the Final Fantasies, thoug i've only played up to 7. One game i really liked was a game called The legend of the Dragoon, which is a Playstation game. Had a nice story and the Combat was kind of a switch at the time.

I still dig out Starscraft and Age of Empires II to play. I used to play a couple Online games, First Ultima Online (i was actually part of the Beta for it... God i feel old again, lol) And then played another 3d one, but due to my computer's limitations i've been having troubles with it.. Damn Budget can't fit a new computer yet though.. such if life.

yeah, that's right germany has some horrid videogame laws. I don't really know why, you guys have such strict censoring when it comes to games.

well only if the game employs some sort of fatigue system to limit running

Im a rather large gamer. Atleast I used to be, since college i've really slowed down.

I play my games off a laptop given to me by my college, the thing can apparently run Crysis and so far it's handled TF2 on max settings at 1920x1080 very well. As well as Deadspace with no problem. So im not going to doubt the Crysis clame.

Im your typical all-round gamer. Give me a game and a week and I'll master it pretty well. Especially with FPS games. I haven't played 1 I wasn't able to woop ass in.
Favorite genre's, starts of course with FPS, RTS, and RPG. I typicaly avoid MMO's as I will disappear off the face of the earth and I don't bother with fighting games or sports games . I get bored with both after 10 minutes. Not because im wrecking my opponent or getting my ass wooped, but I find that with all game genre's fighting and sports seem like the most repititous and tedious to me.

Soooo yeah. I go to a Tech school, im a gamer and so is every other person in the student body Makes for Epic Lans.

sounds like quite the beast of a laptop.

I also attended a tech school once, and they held a lan every month. Was great fun, but after a weekend of almost 72 hours, of continual gaming. You where pretty much dead to the world the following week, as your body tried to make up for the lack of sleep.

                        Good times

It's still getting better, we just had a discussion about stoping ALL "Killer-Games" in germany means selling and playing of these games should be forbidden BY LAW

As long as I can buy my games in Austria, I dont care about that stupid blabbering of those politicians.
BTW: Crytec said that they will leave Germany if they forbid killer-games (I really hate this word...)
