    I have a question regarding the japanese law and NSFW material

    Do the japanese are allowed to view or download material that is uncensored from outside the country, or buy art packs from non-japanese artists?

    I'm pretty sure it's an ownership issue - kind of how it's illegal to own CP, no matter how you get it. I do know however that the law on drawn stuff is pretty lax, I don't think you would go to jail for it - but still, having it on your PC would be illegal.

    I'm not 100% sure, though, this is just what I've heard.

      I want that to be true. I'm tired of Japan forcing artists to censor just because it's a law. Just like Garabage.
