I agree with Val, cheetah, G Force, and Nafruf. Two arms w/cartoon style hands sounds good to me. As for the elbows, I don't really have a preference as far as whether or not they're furry.

Beautiful clawed feet normal human style legs but with sweet little fur tufts on the knees to match her arms. Four toes so that hands and feet match. Pads of course for the bottom cat like ones seem the best. All toes of an equal size cause I like them that way.
