Suggestion: Gallery Sub Forum with Categories

Can we bring back the old Gallery Sub-Forum from WWOEC with its neatly ordered Category Sections like these?:

Fox
Warner Bros.
Cartoon Network
Disney
Universal
Nickelodeon
Classic Cartoons
Comic Books
Anime
Video Games

I think that would make things easier to use and for users to find their favorite pictures based on their favorite genres and stuff.
