Another thought why your picture wasn't listed is that I think you didn't make your membership here until after January 1, right? It shows your join date as being January 2011.
If you didnt have a member file then there would be no way for them to "attach" your sketches to a name. There might have been an "age verify" issue also before they were willing to post work from any artist.

So when did you make up your member profile?

Hmmm, I suppose that would make sense. But if that is the reason, then in all fairness, it should have been mentioned on the rules page.

In the bottom-right corner, I signed it, and I signed the email I sent in, so they would have a name.

As for my membership in the forum, I didn't make an account until one minute before I posted on the forum :P
