Lets have a week where we draw nothing but cute bunnies!

Nature can call any time.  Even when you’re on the hunt… or maybe the even the hunted.  I hope that’s not the case for this bunny warrior. ^_^

I always find sitting and kneeling poses to be especially hard.  I never feel like I get the legs right.  They usually look broken or crushed so I generally avoid those poses.  I think I did an okay job with one though.  It’s been a while since I’ve done a nice bunny character.  I know people have been asking me to revisit Gwen, and I agree.  I should give her an update to her look.  What better time then right now I guess. ^_^

So the other day  I was going through all my PSD’s looking to delete things that I don’t need any more when I came across this bunny sketch.  She looks cute, but beyond that… I don’t remember anything about her.  I don’t know if I had plans for this character or anything.  I don’t even remember drawing her to be honest. o_O She wasn’t in with the commissioned PSD’s so I know she’s my own doodle.  Maybe I never had plans and I was only drawing for the heck of it.  I wish I could remember.  I guess the plus side is… I found a cute random bunny in all my drawings.  I guess I shouldn’t complain. ^_^

Sorry for the delay guys with this next piece.  It’s taken me for ever because I’ve been distracted with games.  I’ve been playing quite a bit of Minecraft lately.  It’s lots of fun and not a game I would normally play, but I’ve found that I’ve grown quite fond if it.

Anyway, I remember when I thought of this one the “giver” was going to be a dude bunny.  I did a rough for him but it didn’t feel right.  It wasn’t hot enough.  But then I thought about changing him to a her with a strap on.  That was nice, but the kicker was to have a little role play element in there too.  The whole “man of the house is home and he wants some pie” worked out great and I like it a lot.

That and I love cherry pie so that’s what I wanted her to bake.  Mmmmm  cherry pie. ^_^

This here is Eva.  She’s not one of my characters.  She’s belongs to Tachyon.  I did this as one of my “thank you” pics for helping me with some blog problem I had recently.  I hope I did a decent job and captured the character well. ^_^
