Only in Japan would a company make, not only a fleshlight type toy that can plug in to your computer, but it can also tweet how much you use it. Adult game studio Tech Arts 3D has developed what they call the Onacon and it can apparently keep track of how much you use it, how long you use it for and your average speed. Then if you want, it can post your “play stats” on to your twitter a social networking site. I wonder if you can get achievements when you use it?
Here are some pics from the site. It looks like the toy comes with some 3d girl making software, but the company thinks it could be developed to be use for other games. I love the cross section pic where they point out the cervix at the back of the Onacon. I hope it’s easy to clean. o_O

Look, I’ll admit I yank my crank like most guys. But if you jerk off so much you need a device that keeps track of your emissions and posts it online for the world to see, you need to get out of the house more.

Choking the chicken is a great past time, but letting people know when, how often, and how awesome you are at it is a bit much.
Now on the other hand, this technology could be used for other games. For example, in Dragon Age you can woo one of the female characters into having sex with you. Plug in this device for a sexy mini game and depending on your ‘efforts’ you either satisfy her or get left behind. Just food for thought…

Well, the 3DCG game is certainly fun enough by itself, but the onacon is hardly a technical revolution or anything, as the game barely required patching in order to support it. I mean, all it does is let you control the pace of the on-screen animation rather than a set of looping animations at preset speeds.
All of the stats provided are easy enough to produce with feedback from whatever sensor is in the device – I doubt that it needs anything particularly complex in order to run either.
Plus, the onahole section is hardly anything out of the ordinary compared to some of the more unique designs out there, ala http://img2.sankakustatic.com/wp-content/gallery/misc-ero-ix/eros-2-onahole-003.jpg
I’ll just stick with the game itself though, I think – and with such a large modding community, there’s a pleasing amount of furry stuff you can add in too…

Am I the only one who thinks this data might actually be useful to mankind? I’d say the developers need to get on a female friendly version, but I fear the trolls who would use the one on the other to create false data.
