New avatars plug-in on the cnc blog

I got really fed up with the old avatars plug in, and after the latest update it broke completely, so after some searching I found a super simple replacement, just head into your profiles on the cnc page, scroll to the bottom and just set the new one and click update profile and all should work, no more BS authorization etc etc... just east avatar uploads.. plain.. simple..

Apparently it won't carry over the old ones, so you'll have to reupload them.
