How do you break up with your lovers?  On the phone?  In a letter?  Through a friend?  Or do you tie them up in a sleeping bag and leave them in the woods?  Well, a guy from Japan thought the last one was the best choice.  Only his lover was a state-of-the-art sex doll.  What?  Wait… let’s back this up…

Okay, a 60 year old gentleman had bought the sex doll after the passing of his wife.  He’d had her for several years but after making plans to move in with one of his children he decided to get rid of the doll.  But after living with the doll for so long he didn’t have the heart to throw her in the trash.  So he put her in a sleeping bag, tied it up and dumped her in the woods.  Well, a few weeks later a couple found the doll and call the police because they thought it was a dead body.  Well, it wasn’t long before investigators discovered the body was never alive to begin with.

So now the word is out on the news and everything that the cops have been duped and they’re not impressed.  The man hears about this, feels bad about the problems he’s caused and admits what he’s done.  He now has fines against him for illegal waste dumping.

It really got me thinking though.  What if you’re not in a relationship and own a sex doll but you meet someone later.  Now you have to do something with it as your new partner will probably think you’re a bit strange for having such a thing.  What the hell do you do with it?  My best guess is you could sell it on Craig’s List or Kajiji or something.  Label it as “lovingly used” and I bet some one would buy it.  I’m sure you’d want some of the money you put in to it back as I’m sure those things are expensive.

If I had to buy one (I’m not in the market) I’d probably look at the CandyGirl line of sex dolls rather then the Real Doll.  Real Dolls look creepy to me and sort of like crack heads.  The CandyGirl line looks a whole lot more cuter and I guess more doll/cartoonish if that makes sense.  Real Doll sways too much in to the whole uncanny valley for me although I’m sure that having sex with either of them is like doing it with a corps and I’m not in to that ether.
